The sudden death of Grice

From wiki on Feyerabend that J suggested I should read:

"This planned joint publication was put to an end by Lakatos's sudden death in 1974."

The verb, 'die', is an awkward one.

Witters writes in "Tractatus" that death is NOT an experience of life. I think he is right. McEvoy, who is a Popperian, disagrees. He thinks that, "He is dying" represents an experience.

In general, the idea of a 'sudden' death is confusing.

In particular, too!
